Due to the limitations of individual computer monitors, colour and finish are best judged from actual products.

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. All products, special offers, and weekly promotions are subject to stock availability.
Bagged goods and products deemed as perishable (including products supplied in our jumbo/bulk bags) are not eligible for return.
Bricks: It is advised to alternate the packs when laying your bricks, this is to prevent banding. As bricks are made from natural materials, variations in colour and size are inevitable. Alternating the pallets during use helps to prevent visible “banding” on completed work.
Porcelain Tiles: It is strongly advised that you check the batch numbers on the packaging of your porcelain tiles prior to laying. Porcelain is manufactured in large batches, and variation in colour, tone, and surface texture is normal between different production runs.

Both dbmdiy.com and porcelainwholesale.co.uk reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and you hereby agree to be bound by such modifications on future visits. We advise you to print or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
1.2: WE STRONGLY ADVISE OUR CUSTOMERS TO NEITHER SCHEDULE NOR COMMENCE INSTALLATION NOR ANY OTHER WORK UNTIL ALL GOODS HAVE ARRIVED AND BEEN CHECKED THOROUGHLY.
dbmdiy.com and porcelainwholesale.co.uk will not accept liability for any costs, losses, damages, or fees, whether directly, indirectly, or consequential, by any party as a result of incomplete, cancelled, or delayed installation and/or fitting of goods.
2. Order Placement
2.1: You must be at least 18 years of age and able to accept delivery in the United Kingdom or Ireland to place an order on the website.
2.2: At the time of placing your order, we will contact your debit or credit card provider for payment. Once payment is received, we will send you an email confirming your order, at which point we have accepted the order and a contract is formed.
2.3: It is our policy to take full payment upon order placement regardless of whether goods are available for immediate despatch.
3. Delivery
All delivery clauses (3.1 to 3.9) apply equally to Darlaston Builders Merchants and PorcelainWholesale.co.uk customers.
Delivery may be made in multiple shipments depending on stock location.
Returns Policy
(Clauses 3.10.1 to 3.10.5 remain unchanged but now also apply to porcelainwholesale.co.uk customers.)

Both websites are covered under the same terms regarding incorrect pricing, product information, or technical errors.
5. Product Guarantees & Warranties
All guarantees and warranties apply equally to Darlaston Builders Merchants and PorcelainWholesale.co.uk products.
Manufacturers’ warranties must be claimed directly from the manufacturer where applicable.

10. Fly-Tipping
Darlaston Builders Merchants Ltd vehemently disapproves of the act of fly-tipping.
All conditions under this section also apply to Porcelain Wholesale deliveries made using jumbo or bulk packaging.
Fly-tipping is defined as “the illegal deposit of any waste onto land that does not have a licence to accept it.”
It is a serious criminal offence punishable by imprisonment, unlimited fines, and vehicle forfeiture.
